When should I collect my order?

Items ordered via Brunswick Turf Click & Collect are usually available immediately, and reserved for 72 hours. If you would like to collect your items after 72 hours from order, please call us on 0191 500 9669, where our friendly team will support where we can.

Can I pay for my Brunswick Turf Click & Collect purchases via the website, or do I have to pay in-store when I pick it up?

Brunswick Turf Click & Collect purchases are paid for via the website, using your debit/credit card. We want to make your collection experience in-store be as quick as possible. So, to save time at the till, simply advise our friendly store staff at the collection point, of your order number and collect your items as you've already paid!

How long do I have to collect items ordered using Brunswick Turf Click & Collect?

Brunswick Turf Click & Collect items are reserved for up to 72 hours. After 72 hours Brunswick Turf will endeavour to keep reserved items until collection, however on occasion we may have to cancel individual items, more than one item, and or all items on reserved under Brunswick Turf Click & Collect, if not collected within 72 hours from order.

I forgot to order an item and want to add something to my order.

How can I change items in my order after I've placed it?

Where do I find my order number?

Your order number can be found on your email order confirmation. If you do not have access to your emails, one of our friendly team members in-store will be happy to locate your order via alternative methods on arrival to store.

What do I do if I no longer want my order or I cannot make collection within 72 hours?

Please call us on 0191 500 9669 as soon as possible so we can support a later collection where possible.

If you no longer require your items we will may be able to issue a full or partial refund.

Unfortunately, freshly ordered turf cannot be refunded.
